This was my first time having my nails done at this saloon. I walked in and was checked in immediately. It was a Saturday and they were very busy. I waited about 20 minutes. I had a pedicure and a fill in with regular polish on my toes and gel on my hands. Lana was very nice and did a great job with my nails and my pedicure. To my surprise my total bill was &97.77. I had my nails done the last time at Cincinnati Nails down the street, it was my first visit there. The total was $122.77. They were rude and my services were poor. I was surprised when I was not asked to give a tip at Ambiance. I will definitely be returning. I had a great experience.
I was giving a new salon a try and this is definitely my new salon. Lilian did amazing and my nails look exactly like the picture I am so thankful and will be returning
Once again Lilian nailed it 💜
My girl stays with them skills 💚

I had the most wonderful relaxing experience getting my nails done yesterday at the Ambiance Nail Spa on Colerain Ave. Their customer service is excellent! Love going here to relax and pamper myself (because I’m worth it)!!
