I had my nails done by Gina here. She was so nice and listened to what I wanted. She fixed my nails from a previous nail job that was bad. I appreciate her so much ! Thank u guys for the nice experience!

Kim is GREAT!! Best pink and white set I’ve had in a really long time. Naomi does an amazing pedicure. She’s patient and very meticulous in making sure that my French manicure was even and identical for each toe and foot.This is the friendliest large franchise I’ve ever experienced. They make it a point to learn your name and preferences. That’s important to me to feel welcomed and not like “just another number or dollar sign” Thank you Ambiance Colerain for the outstanding service and welcoming feeling in your establishment.

I love my nails! The nail tech is very detailed, patient, and suggestive. I like it when a nail tech gives me suggestions because it helps my interaction with them. I love that Ambience has a wonderful variety of neutral colors.
