“Jordan and his team were amazing. Jordan arrived within hours of calling Dry Patrol. He gave me an estimate for clean up on the spot. He didn't pressure at all, but did offer to get started that day if I was ready. I did want to get the clean up started right away, and he set everything up. They came back to the house most days to check the progress and adjust everything. I feel like the clean up was perfect, everything was dried very quickly and completely. Super professional, detailed, and efficient. Excellent communication throughout, including calling ahead so I knew when they would be coming out (and they were flexible if I needed a different time). Jordan also went above and beyond explaining how it worked with insurance so I knew what to expect. A+ would 110% recommend“
“I used Alliance Reconstruction to remodel a home using a rehab loan product (FHA203k). Jack, the business owner, was quick to respond back to my inquiry, and from there on out, was a quick communicator, and very responsive from initial inspections to final inspections. We closed on our home on a Friday, and the following Monday got to work! The demo was done in one day - He and his guys were clean and left no rubbish behind. I initially thought the rehab would have been at least 2 months worth of work, but his workers Chaz and Dez, were quick paced and completed the work in just under one month. They painted, installed new floors, did structural repairs, remodeled a bath, and much more- and the work was remarkable! “Finished a project with Ram where I hired them for installation of two dormers for my home. I’m very happy with all aspects of this project. The quote given was exactly within the range I calculated based upon the labor and materials I anticipated. The team that performed the labor was great to be around and very open to my daily inspections of their progress. They were hard workers and dedicated to producing quality results. I had a few changes and concerns as we progressed and they addressed those inputs on the spot. As we got 3/4 complete I also had to request a change order to my plan for some additional roofing work and Ram was very fast in that shift of effort. This experience was great and the end product I received exceeded all my expectations. Very happy with Ram and they will be my first call for my next project… Likely will be my only call based upon the cost, schedule and performance I received from this company.“
