“After this last bout of ice and rain, my sump pump failed. I came home after work to find about 15 inches of water in my basement. I called my insurance company to start a claim...it's 6pm on a Thursday! They put me in contact with Service Master. Ray calls me 10 mins later and asks me what happened. I let him know the sump pump failed. He contacted their plumber. They showed up first thing Friday morning. Replaced the pump, pumped the water out and set up their equipment to dry out my basement. Took a week to get it all dried out. They came out every day to check out the equipment and the basement. Once it was dry, they removed all my things that were not salvageable and discarded them. All the members of their team have been wonderful to deal with during this unfortunate event. Noah kept me up to speed on everything that was going on and each time someone was coming out. I truly was happy with this company...but I hope I don't need them again!Services: Mold inspection“
