An outstanding organization. We had a leak turn into a mold situation. Sean and Tonya quickly responded to our call - came to our home and provided an estimate. They were professional and courteous and answered all our questions. Very communicative. We scheduled a mitigation. Justin and crew did an amazing job - prompt and professional and courteous as well as highly communicative about what they were doing and why. When Justin and crew left the mold was gone, house was clean and ready for re-build. They stuck to the estimate ! I would not wish a mold issue on anyone. When we found out about the mold in our house that was making our son sick, I was told to call Maximum Restoration and I’m so happy I did. They followed the remediation plan laid out by our mold inspector and followed all appropriate guidelines from our doctor. Just about every room in our house was addressed within phases, so scheduling it out felt overwhelming at first. But with Sean, TG, and Angela’s help it went smoothly. They also arrived on time when they said they would be there and provided updates during the process.
