“They got me in for a same day appt as someone who’s never been a patient there before, for my cat who was battling an upper respiratory infection, a fever and dehydration. Despite my cat being difficult and aggressive because she was ill, all the staff was still pleasant and treated her with care and were very sweet (even though she was trying to rip their faces off). They gave her an antibiotic shot and fever reducer which has helped her. Even called to check on her a few days after her appt. She might need a follow up appt, so I will definitely bring her back here!”
