“Extremely nice and cared about my older cats, when Squealer and Buddy passed they were very compassionate, a little more could be done for their communication skills tho. Because with my new kitten explaining the meds they gave her would cause diarrhea was never mentioned. Still love the place! They work with me because I am on a budget.“

“Went here for a lot of years with all of my pets. I lost my dog in September of 2022 to old age and he was cared for at Town and Country. I called today to make an appointment for my new puppy and was told they couldn't give me anything for 6 weeks. When I asked why so long the girl said," well we haven't seen this pet". I said I had just been in there in a september with my other dog and she said that makes no difference. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said they were all gone. All gone at 2:05 in the afternoon when they are open until 10:00 P Update: I called and spoke to Andrea, who I've known from taking my other dog to them and got an appointment within a week. Toby has had his Neuter here and loved the staff. The difference in the price for his surgery was over $300 less at Town and Country. So, we are going to Dr Drotar and she is great.“
