“Would recommend! They are very caring and will take the time to find the cause if your pets are not well. They care about them and you and they get you in right at your appointment time. They will also accomodate to add yout to the cancel list, so that if someone cancels you can get an earlier appointment. It doesn't always work out but it's nice that they offer this. Very happy with the care they provide. They recommended Liberla for the arthritis one of my pups has and it has been a game changer for her.“

But the staff made an appointment that same day and gave her treats and loved on her and were very comforting to both of us. “Dr. Hill and her team was absolutely fantastic! The facility was beautiful, very well run, and very accommodating to horse owners, as well. Absolutely there is one thing that wouldn't score 5 stars. The staff even put an extra sheet over my horse on the day we were there - it became windy and chilly. They took care of my horse and us (humans) very well. I left the place with the sense that we have received the highest level of equine and it's owner care, medically and emotionally. It was absolutely worth the 5 hour trip, each way.“

“These folks are good at what they do and they have the right equipment to do it. Don't expect cheap. Nothing quality is cheap but they are not gouging people. It's the cost of running a higher tech operation. Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous like the teeth pulling not realizing they helped that dog live a longer life. I have always had quality care there. Love Dr Bayless who communicates and listens so well. Taking excellent care of pets is what they do!“
