The staff at Middlefield are the BEST. Genuine, caring, thoughtful. They remember us as customers and all of my critters. Dr. Collin is an educator in her heart, never missing an opportunity to teach us about animal behavior, expectations based on age, etc. Dr. Jenny is practical, insightful, and treats us with kindness and respect. The whole team is outstanding, but special mention goes to Scarlett, who is just the best bright spot of sunshine every time I interact with her.
They welcomed my dog as an emergency situation and even though he didn't make it, they did all they could. Where my own Vet local did not put any effort into scheduling him when he needed it . I would highly recommend this place and we ever get another pet. It's worth the hour and a half away drive.
Great experience overall - got us and our 8 chickens in for testing quickly - handled them all with care and helped move them in and out of the building - very happy with coming here and definitely will be a go to place for our animals
