“I had actually postponed my recent yearly eye appointment with this Covid but was having trouble in one of my eyes and knew I needed to be seen. Making the appointment was very easy since the office personnel are so helpful in assisting. We went over some of the Covid related questions and I was instructed what to do when I arrived for my appointment . Inside the lobby there were hand sanitizers even before I walked in the office and my temperature was taken upon entering. The chairs in the waiting room were sparse and spread out far enough. No one was actually waiting inside except for the patients that I could tell. That was appreciated. I see Dr. Lauf and before that I saw Mandy and she was very professional, and I felt safe. The room appeared very sanitized. Dr. Lauf is always a listener and I trust his advice and directions explicitly. I will go back for a follow up and I thank these Physicians, Technicians and Office Personnel for their dedication all the time but especially in these unknown times. I feel very confident in this office setting.“

“Called in the morning when they opened and they got me in mid morning. Waited about an hour but who cares, same day appointment. Dr was quick found the issue and I was out the door. Eye dilation sucks but whatever. Great experience.“

He is kind and pleasant and listens to you when you explain your own personal eye needs, and then examines your eyes with your vision needs in mind. He understands that prescription are not cookie cutter, one size fits all and prescribes accordingly. I have had the same contact lens prescription since 2017, my eyes have not declined in six years because he addressed my individual needs. God Bless this man, I hope he can continue to practice for a long time.“
