This place is terrible. Overall, starting from registration to check out. They are unsure if my insurance is accepted. Finally, a second assistant comes over and lets me know this will be billed as a medical visit. Then I am not directed to where the waiting area. The worst part was Dr. Hourouni. First see am associate whose badge is on backwards who doesn't introduce herself and then proceeds to tell what the Dr. Harouni can't do. Then Dr. Harouni tells me he only addresses "real complaints". Eye twitching constantly doesn't count I guess. He then spends half the time insisiting he doesn't do eye exam. I have been coming to this facility & doctor for a long time, but since Promedica took it over, the facility itself is not the same. The tech I had was terrible. She asked me what I wanted done & I told her whatever the doctor requested. She never spoke with anyone & proceeded to dilate my eyes. When I saw the doctor he couldn't do one of the tests because my eyes were dialated.They said come back in a year. I felt like I just wasted my time & money. Just another Promedica money maker.

Office staff were pleasant and helpful. Dr Striph was rude and thoughtless. He entered the room, did not introduce himself then asked why I was there. When I told him I was having vision problems and was concerned about diabetes, he gave me a dirty look and stated that was not what the referral stated. He was upset that my visit would require more time than he thought. It was like a child having an attitude. He never apologized or interacted with me more than he had to. I was offended by his indifference and rude demeanor. I would never see him again . Good thing he is retiring.
