“Unfortunately, was unable to have my dishwasher repaired due to the age of the appliance and the part needed being discontinued. However, my whole experience with Parc was nothing less than great. I was contacted shortly after leaving a message on their voicemail. Pat was very pleasant and scheduled a visit the following day. He was patient in answering a couple of questions I had. And lastly, the repairman was punctual in the window of time that was given for the appointment. I was only charged the standard service fee for the visit which I considered a reasonable amount. I will not hesitate to call them should I ever need any future appliance repairs.“

“Great customer service, you don't see this very often! The shop closes at noon on Sat. And I called to see if they had a water filter for my mother's refrigerator. I realized I wouldn't get there until afternoon and the rep, whose name, waited for me and hand delivered the filter, which I paid in advance. I didn't catch the name of young man but he provided a great service, I wish they had this kind of service down in South Carolina, Keep up the great work and service!“
