I was contacted shortly after leaving a message on their voicemail. Pat was very pleasant and scheduled a visit the following day. He was patient in answering a couple of questions I had. And lastly, the repairman was punctual in the window of time that was given for the appointment. I was only charged the standard service fee for the visit which I considered a reasonable amount.
