The woman that answered the phone for JASON’S business was thorough and Jason responded quickly.He lets you know when he’ll be there and texts you before he comes. You can even watch his van’s progress on his route to your house. He diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator and got us started on ice removal. Then he came back again to get our freezer door open. He was knowledgeable and even gave us advice about how to prevent the ice problem in the future. We are so happy that we discovered JASON’S appliance repair.

I like that he texts when he's en- route. He already had the parts to fix it because I gave the Model Number and explained what was going on so he had already ordered them which was perfect he didn't have to look then come back.
