“Great customer service, you don't see this very often! The shop closes at noon on Sat. And I called to see if they had a water filter for my mother's refrigerator. I realized I wouldn't get there until afternoon and the rep, whose name, waited for me and hand delivered the filter, which I paid in advance. I didn't catch the name of young man but he provided a great service, I wish they had this kind of service down in South Carolina, Keep up the great work and service!”
