She helped me get an appointment situation figured out at the busy end of the year when we had to change an appointment due to a medical emergency. . She was very kind and sympathetic. I did not care for my interaction with a call center prior to that, who obviously had not addressed my issue. With so many great people at this office, I’d like to see the impersonal call center job be given to a new hire physically at the office. Other than that, great professional experience.“

“I had my yearly med refill appointment with Bonnie Moeller. She is by far the sweetest and most compassionate medical professional I have known. She takes her time and makes you feel like you are the only patient. The office staff was wonderful too.“

“I had an appointment for MRI and tons of Xrays. I am completely satisfied from the check-in thru to check out. It's rare at any business to see everyone smiling and pleasant. They were eager to help. I accidentally got dropped off at the wrong entrance. Instead of me having to walk all the way around the outside of the building, the girls at emergency stat care entrance got me a wheelchair and pushed me thru just to help me out. I wouldn't have made it on my cane. I was struggling. They even helped me to sign in at kiosk. When they called my name, it went smooth throughout this whole process. Thank you soo much. I was having a little anxiety as this is my first time with Aultman.(imaging) They did everything to make me comfortable. Its alot when im already in alot of pain. Then after check out i was given another wheelchair ride to the exit. Everyone still smiling. I love it here already. Thanks ladies. I will be back“

“Went to Aultwork for a pre employment drug test and health screening. The process was quick and painless. I can see they are understaffed which could potentially cause the issues explained in the other reviews. Overall, great experience for me“

“Open until 4:30 but yet my phone call won't go through because the office is closed at 3:45pm. They addressed my concerns and updated their phone message to notify patients that their phone hours cut off at 3:30.“

“I had good experiences with Dr. Ryan Drake each time I have seen him. He has been so kind and answered all my questions thoroughly and never made me feel like he was in a rush. He has helped me understand Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia a little more since it is such a rare disease. I really appreciate his insight. Also the checkout lady, I believe her name is Cathy is the sweetest. Always chipper and in a good mood each time I have been there. Just a bright light with a smiling face.“

“I was happy when Mercy merged with Cleveland clinic - and a closer urgent care facility was available.

I have had 0 complaints coming for myself, or children. We can get in and out for lab work and sometime (understandable) there is a bit of a wait for urgent care. (Most times it has been less than 20 minutes waiting to be seen in the waiting room and about 10-15 minutes in the patient room to see the doctor).

Front desk staff is wonderful - very thorough and polite, nurses are also very wonderful to work with.

I have seen Dr Dang each time I have come for urgent care and he has been great with my needs and issues that I came in for.

It is a smaller facility, connected to sport medicine and physical therapy, but overall has been a pleasant stop for non-emergency needs when my primary doctor isn’t available.“
