Jo was an angel! I was nervous since I haven't been to a new eye doc in over a decade (besides an impersonal visit at a popular chain.) Got the personal feel I was after plus special treatment in how I will be receiving my new glasses. Thanks Jo!

I have been going to this office for a long time and the staff Jo and David and front desk Mary is always very friendly, love to make people laugh and have a good time and always willing to go above and beyond to help and take care of their patients. People need to understand that they are short staff and are doing the best they can. Their is only one desk person and she is also the protester. The front desk girl Mary is very professional and she tries really hard to take care of her patients. Jo is amazing! She is so helpful and honest and I appreciate that!! She knows how to make you laugh too! She makes the overall experience great.In the few years that my family has been going there, we’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been friendly and patient to answer all our questions or concerns!
