“I cannot express the gratitude that I have for this organization. They even came same day.
I thought I was going to need a new AC unit. I had two companies come and look and both told me that I did. When Ellers showed up they did a full inspection first to see what the problem was. After about 15 mins of looking ( let me also mention that the tech had an apprentice with him and helped him the entire way to diagnose the problem), the tech told me he has a suspicion of what was wrong. They decided to break into the unit and run some tests and sure enough, it was a simple fix. After they swapped the part, they stayed around for about another 30 mins to ensure that everything was running smooth. The tech also explained a few things to me and gave me some suggestions of things that might need done down the pipe line.
This simple investigation they did saved me about 5000 dollars in the long run. I am forever thankful for them and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a look and have things checked out or a replacement.“
