We had Monarch come out and install our new HVAC and AC system and the old one was over 20 years old, and also added a humidifier and we can tell a difference in our home. Devin the owner came out prior to meet with us and going over all the different HVAC systems and AC systems, he was very knowledgeable and communicated with us and answered all of our questions.We had another technician Chris came out today 3/1 to fix some duct work, and he was very professional and answered all the questions I had about filters. We have been having heating issues monarch hearing and cooling have been great working with us to find our issues. 1. Replacing the bad parts 2. Being punctual on time with the time frame 3. Welcoming attention to our furance issues finally our furance could not survive the repairs so. The furance guys found a furance /air condition unit that will works for us. 4. These guys are punctual on time 5. Polite 6. Work ethics was great 6. Furance air condition was affordable in our payment plan 7. Would highly recommend 8. Able buy maintained service plan to reduce cost of the new furance.
We has Christopher LaMay, from Monarch, at our house to install a water heater. It took him about 2 hours to uninstall the old and install the new. Unfortunately the new one was bad and he had to Uninstall and find another one for us. After getting the new one, again, he got it installed and has been working ever since. GREAT JOB.
