Chuck came to service and repair our unit. He was knowledgeable and professional. After inspection, he gave us options of ways to move forward with our air and furnace to try to preserve it to last longer.
Stellar service from the person on the phone to the installers that came out. Have been with them since we bought our house a few years back and they are always so wonderful. Had a little hiccup with the Install due to faulty equipment. The installer immediately addressed it and drove to get a new tank and installed same day which to me is both a dedication to their customers and just doing whats right and thats few and far between nowadays!! Im a customer for life and highly recommend them to anyone for hvac needs.
Our home warranty kept us waiting for a week and still couldn't find a company that would keep an appointment. With our A/C down for a week in 90+ temps we were at wits end. Finally called Monarch and they set an appointment next day. Chuck was our tech and diagnosed our issue within a few minutes literally. Within 15 minutes of him showing up, we were up and running. Bad capacitor. We waited over a week on several other companies that kept blowing appointments and ultimately it was a 15 minute repair.
