We had a great experience with this company. My hubby called and spoke to Hanna who then ordered the parts overnight to fix our water logged furnace. We were in dier need to get our furnace fixed from our flooded basement. Chuck showed up around 5 to replace the panel and by 6:30 he had everything up and running. Due to a flood in my basement I had to replace my furnace and hot water tank. The technicians arrived on time and went right to work. They had all the necessary parts to install the furnace and hot water tank. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Before they left they tested all the installed equipment and cleaned up and left me there contact information should I have any further questions or issues.
