Harner Plumbing and specifically Steve T went above and beyond to get a powered rod installed for me, even going so far as to find an alternative when the traditional route failed.
The final price was really reasonable, the work was fast, and Steve was extremely friendly and clear in his communication.
Ordered a variety of flowers for the Bloom Bar at my daughter's baby shower. Messaged them on Facebook with my order, they were very responsive and helpful. Fieldstone k9 is the best place to take your dog. I did the puppy boot camp with my gsd Rio drop off and pick up everyday and it was great he learned so much. Stacey def knows what’s she’s doing and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. I also used her for day care and socializing Rio so he gets to play with other dogs and she keeps them paired up well. There’s also boarding which I have used on more than one occasion and it’s spotless in there with great sized pens and cots. You definitely feel comfortable leaving your dog there. I can’t thank you enough for how well you have treated Rio and I over the last year and a half and we will always use you.
As a realtor and a homeowner I deal with contractors of all kinds very often. It's rare to find one who is super professional, communicative, kind, and knowledgeable wrapped into one! Andy and the whole family staff of Blazek Pump & Well are all of these qualities and more! We had a well installed one year ago by their team before we purchased our home, and when the water wouldn't on this weekend, he called us back and walked us through how to hopefully reset the pump and get back in business. It worked! For a day. Then, woke up again and it had happened again. Andy was out same day, diagnosed the issue (bad pump - manufacturer issue), and got us on the schedule for the next day to have it replaced. After a job ran long, and he couldn't get to us at his intended time, he promptly called, apologizing and promised he'd make us the first stop the next day. Where some contractors wouldn't have communicated, and just left us hanging, our frustrations were eased by the way Andy handled this stressful situation. After 2.5 days without water we now have a new pump installed under warranty and are back in business! He also took the time to explain how our water filtration system (that he didn't even install) worked, and offered to come back to make sure everything is going well. I HIGHLY recommend Blazek Pump & Well for any well install, repair, and maintenance in Northeast Ohio!

We’ve had Rapid Electric out for two jobs in the last few years, most recently a month or so ago. Was very pleased with service both times. This time, I stopped by for an electrical question for a problem I was trying to solve (that I ended up causing). Bill was extremely helpful answering my questions and providing solutions. He could have simply tried to push for someone to come out and not provide any solutions but he didn’t. Really goes to show you this company genuinely cares about its customers. Can’t recommend this company enough whether it’s just a simple problem you’re trying to fix or if you need them to come out do some work.

Ron is very responsive, knowledgeable, and meticulous with his work. We are glad we found Mantua Heating, Cooling, and Geothermal after years of dealing with another local company with less than ethical business practices. Common Ground Farm & Kennel has been the only kennel I have used for over 20 years. My dogs have always loved being there. The owner, Laurie is awesome and is very knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable and confident leaving my dogs there. Highly recommend!

Todd, Josh and Rob cut down three trees and trimmed 5 trees. I was impressed with there work and clean up of job. Maggie the receptionist was very helpful. I will definitely call Todd's Tree Service if I need anymore tree service.
We used Yarnell to take down a handful of trees around the yard. Several large ones close to the house and some throughout a wooded area. The workers were precise and careful. We have landscaping and flowers around several tress that were taken down all of which were still alive and standing afterwards. Communication was great and job site was very well cleaned afterwards. Highly recommend them!
Cute little country salon with a couple chairs and beautiful farmland surrounding. I stopped in for a gift certificate and chatted quite awhile with Rhonda. Very kind!
