He also explains everything super well and works well with our schedule! The vet techs are super nice too and they are all so caring! I live about 35 minutes away and have vets closer but I love this place and do not mind the drive!“

“I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for this Veterinary Center. The compassion and care provided is beyond what I have experiencd with any other clinic.

My mom passed in late July and we inherited her elderly, 16yro, cat. Her death was very hard on him and he was refusing to eat and was getting very thin.

Dr. Kartley and her team answered all my questions, there were a lot, and did their best to keep me calm during the visit. All I could keep thinking is I just lost my mom and I don't want to have to put her beloved Cinders down.

Bloodwork and urine were taken, sent to the lab and throughly explained once the results were in. Treatment plan was made and also throughly explained.

While we know we are getting towards the end of Cinders time here on earth we find comfort in knowing he's getting the best care from an amazing group of individuals.“

“Have gone to ESH in Burton for many years. Third horse we have had there for different reasons. One needed surgery. One had to have eye removed. This one was on verge of colicing-- was able to get oil into her (our vet couldn't) and within 2 days she was home. Coliced after administering a wormer. Bill was reasonable as they did ultrasounds and blood work and some other things I was eager to have done. Dr. Molly Patton was great this visit. But I have also had great experiences with Dr. Nate McClellan and Dr. Melissa Milligan in the past. Techs are very friendly and when you call at 10:30pm and within 2 minutes-- you have a live conversation with a vet and are on the road within 20 minutes-- that can make all the difference in the world. Highly recommend.“

“These folks are good at what they do and they have the right equipment to do it. Don't expect cheap. Nothing quality is cheap but they are not gouging people. It's the cost of running a higher tech operation. Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous like the teeth pulling not realizing they helped that dog live a longer life. I have always had quality care there. Love Dr Bayless who communicates and listens so well. Taking excellent care of pets is what they do!“
