She really got into the muscle groups to help with the tension and helped stretch out the sore problem areas. She does a brief consultation to understand what type of massage you want and need. My hair is super long (to my bottom) and its hard for me to trust someone with my hair however I would not hesitate to have someone at Alea's salon do my hair!
