“It is my pleasure to give Lux Salon five stars! I took my mom in for an appt (she gets her hair colored there regularly) and I asked if they had any appointments available for a haircut for me. Then in walks a young lady who wasn't scheduled to work, so she was available! I felt it was meant to be, plus first timers get 20% off. We talked, she listened, she talked, and I walked out with a cute style that I would not normally ask for. The actual cut is really well done. Everyone at Lux Salon was pleasant. If I lived in the Cleveland area, I would become a regular. Thank you, ladies, for taking care of me, and taking good care of my mom.”
