“While in ohio I had my hair colored and they did a wonderful job. Technicians were wonderful. I wasn't too happy that I was denied to have a lash fill because of the technician's feelings of my lash health. The way I see it, I'm paying to have a service, not an opinion, and if I still want that service done, my wishes should be honored.“
