I've had at least 4 people in the last 10 years to maintain my lawn who did a lousy job. Not so with this service, which is why I've stayed with them for 4 years so far. They successfully kill the weeds in my yard and if by chance i get a small amount of weeds before my next treatment, i call them and they send someone out within 2 days to address the problem.Would very highly recommend them.Outstanding job!!

We began using Kapp's at the start of the 2021 season. When I recently received a call asking if we wanted to add a grub control application, I mentioned that there was a concern following a lawn treatment. The very next morning, the Kapp's branch manager came to our property to address my concern. I hadn''t asked for this nor did I expect it, but it solidified my trust in this company. Customer service like that doesn't exist anymore, and it has earned Kapp's my future business without a doubt. Just started using Kapp's service this spring. Couldn't be happier. My yard is looking much better and the dandelion and weed problems have disappeared after 2 treatments. We signed up for the 6 treatment program. Lawn is greener and grass is growing better. When I called with concerns Kapp's followed up within a week, at no charge. Our Kapp's guy who treats the yard is courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this company's services.
