It was a commercial faucet and no one knew how to fix it, actually had a guy sit on my toilet for almost an hour looking up illustrations on his phone on how to fix it ?. To the rescue was Doug. Got his name from Renners plumbing supplies, where I went to buy a part for shower. He spent 2 1/2 hours. Knew exactly what he was doing, no hesitation.
