Jason and Liam from That Plumber came to our rescue quickly when our main toilet got completely clogged! They were friendly, honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They fixed the issue efficiently and even took the time to explain what was causing the problem.
They also recommended the exact plunger I should buy so I can handle future “5-year-old boy mishaps” myself. That extra advice was genuinely helpful and much appreciated.
I highly recommend That Plumber — fast, trustworthy, and customer-focused. Will definitely call them again when needed!

That Plumber is a plumber first, salesman second type of guy - which is so what’s needed in this world with the “quick call plumbers” that are very clearly just about the sales. I called and had an appointment within the next two days and my whole house was a mess - he quickly repaired my sink, bath tub, and snaked/cleared my water pipes with care and due diligence. He gave me a very reasonable invoice to get the rest of my water pipes repaired (also needed)! He explained everything and even went to get the new surprisingly-needed pipes for my sink. I had a pipe break behind the wall in my shower. I called and talked to Stacy who was very nice and helpful. They got me scheduled within 24 hours. Jason came out to fix the shower. He was very knowledgeable and very careful fixing my shower.
If you are looking for an honest knowledgable plumber. Look no further.
