Had an issue with my water softener, and called to have them check it out. Jared could have come the same day I called, but I had a conflict in my schedule so it didn't work. He came the next afternoon, was VERY honest and informative about the issues. He had the parts with him, and fixed it on the spot within a short amount of time. He charged a very reasonable rate also, the largest part of the bill was the parts. We were enjoying good water by that evening thanks to his help!

We were VERY pleased with the business' knowledge, honesty and workmanship. Our softener is 25 years old and we feared the worst. AWC said the softener was fine, except for some minor repairs. He had the parts with him and fixed it on the spot. Their honesty and integrity saved us thousands of dollars.

Jared came to our house for a water test and consultation. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and made reasonable recommendations for our situation. It was so refreshing to have an honest, well-meaning professional in our home.
