Water heater went out and needed a repair. They were very helpful and quick to respond. Didn’t immediately try to upsell me a new unit as others did. Very happy with everyone from the phone receptionist to the responding technicians. Will definitely call them again!
These guys are the best, they are professional, well prepared, and very knowledgeable, they will get you fixed up and running and they aren't going to gauge you or stick you with band aid Mickey Mouse repairs . Always Call Ritchies First !
