I have used them for several flooring tile jobs and the craftsmanship is outstanding. The gentlemen who installed this time noticed an issue we had with water damage. They brought it to our attention so we could have it repaired. They rescheduled our installation at a later date to give us time for the repair and did not charge us any additional money for the delay. The gentlemen were very polite and cleaned up the site once completed with the installation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants qualify products and service.“

“We used Northcoast Flooring in August to replace all the flooring in a condo which we recently purchased in Avon Lake. The unit is 25 years old and had 3 different floor types! Northcoast did an amazing job getting up all the old floor and installing the new. New floorboards were put down as well. They also replaced countertops in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. Again a great job! In addition, they also installed new ceiling fans and lighting. We were still living in AZ when they did all the work. It was so good to know that the everything was moving along as scheduled. They came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. The condo truly looks brand new! “When I embarked on the journey to find a contractor for a primary bathroom remodel, I decided I wanted to go with a company that did both the construction and the design. I got several quotes. One from a company that was more construction than design, one from a "luxury" company, one from Rebath, and one from TR Design. The luxury one was not even in the same ballpark, so that was a quick elimination. But the other 3 were all pretty close price-wise (yes, even Rebath.)

What sold me on TR was the people! Xhulio was the one to come out first and spent double the amount of time with me than the others. He asked all the right questions and made me think about things I hadn't thought of. From there, I got a presentation in their Avon Lake office from Enea, who was very professional (had a powerpoint and everything!) I felt like I'd be in good hands with this company.

Once I signed on, I started working with Andreas as my project manager. He was great to work with and communicated with me about everything. I was clear on cost, clear on timing, and was given access to an app which they used to communicate, get materials approvals, etc. The only hiccup on timing was a delay around the holidays, but it wasn't an issue as I didn't want a torn up house at Christmas anyway.

Then I got to meet Joanna, the designer! This was the part I was excited about because I didn't want to spend hours making decisions on materials, then second guessing myself. Joanna came to see my house and got an idea of my style outside of the bathroom. Once she had a good idea, she made this process so easy by choosing some options and letting me pick from those. I couldn't be happier with what we chose.

Once the work began, Martin was the site leader and was AMAZING! I want to hire him for everything now. He made sure everything was done correctly, corrected things that weren't done properly in my home to begin with, and communicated with me about the little things that came up. The only hiccup during construction was a delay due to some broken tile. But the communication on that came from Andreas who rush ordered new tile and it only set us back 3 days. I'm in customer service and I always say, it's not about the mistake, it's about the recovery. TR handled this issue with me very well.

My bathroom turned out amazing and the experience working TR Design was unmatched. You hear about horror stories working with contractors every day. If you're worried about that, hire TR Design and they'll take great care of you.“
