“I 100% recommend MDG flooring if you are in need of new floors.Kate was our sales person for both the jobs for the in law suite and our main house and she was so kind and patient with me as I changed my mind 100 times. She was extremely knowledgeable and quick to get back to me.Scott was the main guy doing the installation on our house. He did absolutely amazing work. He was precise and careful and he worked the entire time he was there all twelve days. Not only that, he was extremely kind and good company too which is important to me when I have someone in my house every day all day for two weeks. Lastly they were very good about cleaning up everything before they left for the day.Mark also helped on our main house job and he also did the floors in our in law suite. One of the biggest things we were worried about was getting the flooring to look nice around our stone fireplace. He did an incredible job undercutting the stone so the flooring went under it. It looks stunning.Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and I will continue to use this company in the future!“

“Just had the best experience with Permanent Floors Carpet One! This the fourth time using them and we highly recommend them!!! Had LVT installed in the kitchen in the spring and it’s perfect. Today we had carpeting installed by William and Josh and they were super. From ordering in the store with Shelly who is very helpful with her suggestions, to the estimate, everything was so easy. Then, having William and Josh installing the carpet, we couldn’t have been more happy! What super guys and hard workers. They worked together so well and communicated with each other…you could tell they enjoyed their work and liked working together. Both were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions…very professional, but fun too. We enjoyed spending the day with them. “This is my second time purchasing vinyl flooring from here. The first time it was about 4 years ago. I purchased some vinyl flooring for my kitchen. 4 years later still holding up and looking good. So I decided to purchase from this place again for my man cave in the basement. This time they had some really great deals. The floor came out perfect. The associates were very accommodating. They took their and time showed me the options I wanted for what my budget called for. Actually LL floors were cheaper than all the other retailers. And it was of better quality. Installation of the product was easy. No chipping or broken pieces at minimum waste. Love the color. They have all the transition pieces that I needed. If you're shopping for flooring this would be the place that I would go first. I usually shop around but every time I shop around, I look at price, quality, ease of installation, customer service, etc. at the end of the day I end up here at LL Floors where quality meets price.“
