I recently worked with Floor Coverings International for a project at my home, and the experience was exceptional. Cady, who coordinated everything, was a standout. Her level of care and active listening truly impressed me. She was attentive, ensuring she understood exactly what I needed, and her problem-solving skills were excellent. She has one of the best approaches to customer service I've seen. The installers, Don and Dave did a wonderful job. They took the time to discuss every aspect of the job and answer any questions I had. It's a shame Don retired, it broke up a great team. I hope you have a long and happy retirement. I paid more to use Floor Coverings International than a different big name flooring company was charging, but they are worth it. You do get what you pay for. I will recommend them to anyone that asks. My new floors are beautiful !

Floor Coverings International is hands down the one you should be calling for any and all of your flooring needs! John and is team are so knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with! And their product is even puppy approved! They have done so many projects for me in 4 different houses that I wouldn’t even think of calling anyone else! Keep up the great work!
