“My Greyhound injured her toe back in June and we were referred to Riverside Animal Care. Unfortunately she had to have her toe amputated, but we received the BEST care from all the people we saw during this whole ordeal. They treated her so well and were so loving towards her. “My girlfriend and I adopted a 2 year old pit mix named Kiwi and needed a vet. We started seeing Dr. Bater because of the good google reviews, and they were not wrong! She has been super patient with us as new dog owners, explains all of her thoughts on any disease/medicine/vaccine and thoroughly explains anything we’ve had questions about.

Kiwi is still working on her manners, but Dr. Bater has gone above and beyond by giving us a ton of helpful tips for training, and is super patient if Kiwi isn’t behaving perfectly in the office. The receptionist Chris (my apologies if spelled wrong), and any other employee/nurse we’ve encountered is so patient and polite at every visit. I didn’t exactly know what to expect to pay here, but the prices for each appointment, medication, and vaccine are completely affordable (and I’m a college student!)

“My geriatric cat properly named Geras for the Greek God of the elderly developed glaucoma in his right eye. I knew of Powell Veterinary Clinic through a friend so I reached out for some advice. Dr. Sherer took her own time to do some research on his current and previous treatments. Dr. Sherer's commitment to her profession is amazing !!! Geras's eye pressure is back to normal !!! “Dr. Franks is outstanding. We have gone to Castleton Way for many years with cats and dogs. He always provides options but recommends a more conservative approach. The emergency vet wanted to do immediate surgery, but we are so glad we consulted Dr. Franks. We didn't do immediate surgery based on his recommendation, and our dog recovered much quicker and saved us a ton of money. The staff are polite and caring and always listen.“
