They are very friendly. Know your animals name and greet them also when you arrive. Dr Ballard is very informative and takes his time explaining everything to you. You never feel rushed.

I’ve been going to this vet since we moved here in 2008. The staff is friendly, the pros knowledgeable, and costs reasonable. I get a full explanation / running commentary during the exam. Even the dog likes coming here.

Dr. Leah Carpenter has to be one of the best vets around. She has a way to make even the most anxious pets relax. My old girl was in for her annual visit. Dr. Carpenter was gentle, compassionate and thorough. Her receptionist, Olivia, is one of the best there is. She is right on task, friendly and truly a gem. I can't say enough about these folks.
