“I helped my friend, who has a brain injury so can't drive and has trouble communicating, bring her two cats to see Dr. Kyle at Best Friends today for their annual visit. I am a veterinarian myself but work out of state at a university so can't provide care for her pets myself. Dr. Kyle was so lovely - he was extremely patient, communicated very clearly, and spent a lot of time with us. He provided a spectrum of options for treatments without judgement. Even when she was got very upset that he wasn't her usual veterinarian at the beginning of the visit, he didn't bat an eye and was very kind and understanding. By the end of the visit, she told me that she would like to bring her kitties to see him again next year! His technician and he were great at handling the nervous kitties and were able to do the whole visit with minimal stress. The pricing was reasonable.”
