“We had a whole house generator installed this week. They coordinated the job with the propane tank installation, and with the electric company. So we didn’t have to worry about any of that. We also had to set up a temporary generator connection while the job was being done due to my husband being on oxygen 24/7 and Adam helped us with that. Adam and his crew did a wonderful job! They were right on time (early), and completed the job within 4 - 5 hours. We expected it to be an all day job, especially since we had changed our mind on where we wanted the generator to go, so extra trenching had to be done. Everyone on the crew was very professional and polite. The yard was cleaned up and you would not have known they had been there except for the new equipment. A follow up phone call was made by Kelly at their office confirming the installation and answering any questions that we had. The whole process was a lot less stressful than we expected. “A+ service. They probably won't be the lowest bid but their prices are fair and their work is as good as it gets. I had a moderate sized electrical job that they finished in 1 day. Had a trivial issue with the city inspector and getting my permit closed but they helped with that with no additional money out of my pocket.They seem to have a good working relationship with the city inspectors and AEP which is more important than I realized.
