I’ve been going to Dr. Bilski since I was a little girl and I couldn’t be more happy coming here! The staff are incredibly sweet and are always very communicative since they talk you through every step of their process. I’ve always appreciated how easy it is to schedule with them and how quickly the cleanings take! I rarely wait longer than 5 minutes before being taken back for my cleaning which is a huge plus for me because my patience is not very good! Not to mention, Dr. Bilski is the best (and handsome). I’d recommend this place to anyone. I seriously have always loved coming here. I’ve never had to fear the dentist like many other people because they make the experience so good.

Jim and his team are such a pleasure to work with. They resolved a drainage issue by trenching and connecting a free flowing down spout to a downspout that drains to the storm sewers. They were very prompt, professional and reasonable.

So glad I found, Ray as I am just visiting Independence for work from Florida. Great location, classy salon inside the Crown building lobby. Ray is an old school, Italian barber that is nice, conscientious, and was meticulous with my haircut. I look forward to both getting a haircut/trim again from Ray and the conversation.

We were referred by a friend, and I'm so glad I took her up on it. This place is amazing! First time at a barbershop for my son. The place was busy (which is great, that means they have a large and happy client base). I didn't happen to catch the woman's name who did his hair, but she was amazing! All 3 were very talkative and super friendly, and at the end of his cut, they showered my son in compliments. We will absolutely be returning ?
The BEST DJ in Northeast Ohio that you’ll ever find. He does lights and music better than anyone I’ve ever seen. My wife and I just used his services for our wedding in Cleveland, and he was great. His lighting skills were exceptional, which was something we really cared about. Our venue was in an old 1920s deco-style ballroom, with unique architectural features that we wanted to highlight. Dave executed it WONDERFULLY and it looked even better than I expected. Dave was the MAN when it came to DJing, you can tell he knows how to read the room to determine what songs are going to work well. He ties in the bride and groom’s song requests seamlessly and made the whole wedding so fun for all ages. I’ll recommend him to anyone. Such a good dude.

Blake was my plumber/technician. He explained the repair/replacement process thoroughly. He made sure I knew all options available for completing the job as well as future projects. He answered any questions I had and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He was professional and friendly. Only suggestion I have is that the company give him a bigger truck for all his equipment.

This is an absolutely brilliant product. Why wouldn't everyone want to protect their home or office 24/7 from bacteria germs flu virus for literally pennies a square foot? From start to finish this process took less than an hour with my home. Jim with Microshield 360 is a great guy. Knowledgeable, easy going and able to answer my questions and concerns with ease and confidence. I have told all of my neighbors and many are going to have MS360 done in their homes asap. I love this place?. I come here every time I need chairs or tables or anything else dealing with a party. The people are great and the service is excellent. They don't recommend you buy unnecessary items which is wonderful considering every other place I used to go to always suggesting items unnecessary expensive items.

I needed to hire a home health aide last mininefoe going on vacation and they were so helpful with getting everything set up and getting an aide to the house. They also went above and beyond by helping provide me with resources to help my elderly father in law. I was very pleased with the service provided by the aide and my father in law was also happy.
This man is as top notch a lawyer. I was railroaded by the CPD for a case that was 14 years old. One call to this man and I was released 24 hours later with a dismissal. Without having to be arraigned first. I've been out of trouble for years since my recovery from substance use disorder. And, from experience this will almost never happen. He fought for me and the beautiful thing about this is I didn't even talk to him until today for the first time. A day after I get released. He did all that work behind the scene having not even meeting me first. This man will fight for you. His tenacity won my case before I ever had to fight it and it was not a misdemeanor charge. If you get charged with anything or someone you love is facing charges. Mr Dale Naticchia is the man you want at your side. If he can do this without even facing an arraignment first, imagine what he can do inside the courtroom.
The salon made my hair acceptable again. I had had a terrible haircut the day before at a completely different salon and needed an emergency fix. The salon fit me in same day when I explained what happened and made my hair at least livable while it could grow out. They were kind. They explained what they were doing and they made me feel a little bit better after what was a really bad experience before. Thank you!
