On time and great customer service. She called to schedule appointment. I was serviced same day and she called after the job was completed. I haven't gotten call backs after a job since paying American Home Shield for their vendors. So that was a nice change.
Quick response! The guys that installed were polite and very thorough. They removed all the old furnace and parts and cleaned up all around the furnace. They also cleaned out the pipe leading to the outside.
