Everyone was so nice! Great customer service. They got me in the same day that I called. I had an emergency situation.They have great hours; I was able to go after work. This is my new dentist office!
Staff is incredible at making my 5 yr old comfortable & easing her nerves. Facility is clean & modern. I love that they play music in the waiting room & have t.v.s in the rooms to occupy you & give you something to watch instead of staring at the ceiling.Very accommodating & friendly.I have my own dentist that I have been going to wayward of 15 years. I am seriously considering switching to Rockside Family Dental. The experience here is polar opposite from my dentist.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent hours, and an overall sense that they really care about your experience. They also have some flexibility in their schedule to accommodate more urgent situations. I'll have never been to a better practice!
