I explained my dilemma needing my hair done for a 3:00 appointment. She said come at 12:00 noon and I'll have you out in an hour for a silk press and curl. “The salon made my hair acceptable again. I had had a terrible haircut the day before at a completely different salon and needed an emergency fix. The salon fit me in same day when I explained what happened and made my hair at least livable while it could grow out. They were kind. They explained what they were doing and they made me feel a little bit better after what was a really bad experience before. Thank you!“
