“This company has been nothing but great from the beginning. Barry came to my home and was so knowledgeable. I had no clue what questions to ask or what I was exactly looking for. I just knew the older builder grade windows was so bad. Barry had me signed up and later looking through all options I wanted to see if I could change to triple pane. Barry called in and called me right back and said I called just in time. Came to my home and I resigned. Now windows installed. I had to call about one not closing right (user error ?) no questions asked just sent a person here and he fixed it. Just called again because I have a window cracked and again nothing but great customer service thus far!
