The person answering the calls was very polite and knowledgeable. We are just getting a quote, but the way she handled the call was very professional and I have high hopes that we will move forward with window install.

It started with Barry, the salesman. He was very professional and cut to the chase. No long, unnecessary sales pitches or high pressure sales tactics. The house already had 3 Window World windows newly installed when we purchased our home a few years back, so we liked the idea of them all matching. We were told the wait for the windows could be 2-4months out, but was called around 5 weeks from when we placed our order, and we lucked out and had a opening for install the next day. The installers were professional as well, and installed 13 windows for us in one day, they only had to return the next day to trim out the last few windows on the outside of the house.
