“Shout out to Josh at Englewood Glass for the great service! Had storm damage to a window in our kitchen dining room where some patio furniture blew into it and shattered it out! I gave them a call and within an hour Josh was there and removed the sash and took it back to the shop and replaced it. Was back to the house and had the sash back in about 2 hours later. Great service team as a whole! Will definitely recommend! 👍“

“Upon looking for an odd size window, the stores such as Lowe's, menards were out of sight with long wait times on special orders. This company was a small fraction of the price of others and I had my window within like 4 days of special order. The other companies wanted around $400 with like a 30 day wait to get my window in. I will forever get my windows from this small company. Im a firm believer that the small businesses will appreciate you more and do their best to give you a much better deal. Thanks again“

EDIT: We decided to have Schaefer and Co. come out to fix the roof. They were right on time and spent maybe 30min discussing the issue with me and were very eager to get started. They have been working for 3 days now and seem to be replacing probably ¼ of my roof. We’ll see how it goes, but so far I’m happy with the way things are going. Adjusting my rating.

NOT happy so far. We got a new roof by Schaefer in 2021 because of leaks and we have had 3 leaks so far since our new roof. We just now discovered our 3rd. We're going to get a 3rd party inspection done and then possibly explore legal options. They were the highest bid, but we went with them because we thought they would do a good job (from past experience)..“

“Always easy to find whatever I need to get a job done. E-mailed receipts are easy to copy to my invoices (Lowe's receipts are too large to fit on a standard paper size). I love the self checkout. Always easy to get help at the registers. Store is always clean and well organized.“
