“Great with 1 problem. I have been using Target Optical for years. I recently changed insurance to Cigna (medicare age) and stopped in to check on the insurance. Brandy told me Target doesn't belong to their network anymore. She told me to call them if I wanted to check. When I asked her "what was the last date I got glasses here?", she huffed and acted like I was putting her out. I did check and Cigna told me there had been no changes and Target was in their "network". I went back to Target and spoke with Marilyn, whom I have delt with many times, and she went on the computer and then called to verify the insurance. My lenses were fully covered. I would absolutely recommend Target Optical, but avoid Brandy!“

“I found Dr. Nemeth after cycling through two eye doctors - one who had no regard for patient safety and spoke inappropriately with patients, and the other whose office was unresponsive (and it took forever to order contact lenses). Dr. Nemeth was a welcome reprieve after that! She provided an excellent exam and worked with me when I was having difficulty adjusting to progressives. Highly recommend.“

“Dr. Shasteen is spectacular and I also love her staff. My son has been seeing her ever since he got his first pair of glasses when he was 4 yrs old. He is now almost a teenager and ready for contacts . She has made the transition seamless for us. I couldn't ask for a better person to oversee the care of my son's precious eyesight. She is professional, caring, and really goes the extra mile for her patients. We actually followed her from the practice she was with before, to this one, and would gladly do so again. Her staff have been nothing short of wonderful every time Ive had the pleasure of speaking/working with them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Modern Heritage Eye Care, you won't be disappointed.Would like to make note, we drive almost an hour to get there and purposely pass a half dozen other eye care places just to get to Modern Heritage.....it's MORE than worth the drive.“

“Dr Spohn is the best eye doctor I have ever encountered. He is kind and pleasant and listens to you when you explain your own personal eye needs, and then examines your eyes with your vision needs in mind. He understands that prescription are not cookie cutter, one size fits all and prescribes accordingly. I have had the same contact lens prescription since 2017, my eyes have not declined in six years because he addressed my individual needs. God Bless this man, I hope he can continue to practice for a long time.“

“I'm very surprised to see any negative reviews about the staff and Dr Zysik. I have known Dr Micheal Zysik for over 13 years. In the 13 years I have had great service. They are to be commended for providing an incomparable service to the community in a time when lack luster corporate services are not only dominate; but what most insurance companies would prefer in order to cut cost and meet quotas. The quality of examination along with the selection of frames is unique as well. In fact, the quality of the frames is so good I have only had to purchase three frames since the time I've been a patient. Don't think very many corporate based made in China frames can compare in quality and durability.“
