“Great with 1 problem. I have been using Target Optical for years. I recently changed insurance to Cigna (medicare age) and stopped in to check on the insurance. Brandy told me Target doesn't belong to their network anymore. She told me to call them if I wanted to check. When I asked her "what was the last date I got glasses here?", she huffed and acted like I was putting her out. I did check and Cigna told me there had been no changes and Target was in their "network". I went back to Target and spoke with Marilyn, whom I have delt with many times, and she went on the computer and then called to verify the insurance. My lenses were fully covered. I would absolutely recommend Target Optical, but avoid Brandy!“

“I found Dr. Nemeth after cycling through two eye doctors - one who had no regard for patient safety and spoke inappropriately with patients, and the other whose office was unresponsive (and it took forever to order contact lenses). Dr. Nemeth was a welcome reprieve after that! She provided an excellent exam and worked with me when I was having difficulty adjusting to progressives. Highly recommend.“

“Dr Spohn is the best eye doctor I have ever encountered. He is kind and pleasant and listens to you when you explain your own personal eye needs, and then examines your eyes with your vision needs in mind. He understands that prescription are not cookie cutter, one size fits all and prescribes accordingly. I have had the same contact lens prescription since 2017, my eyes have not declined in six years because he addressed my individual needs. God Bless this man, I hope he can continue to practice for a long time.“

He took great care during the eye exam, and had me return after wearing my contacts for three weeks to make sure they were a good fit. Very professional, very thorough!“

“My family has had great experiences with Dr. Potter! My wife, sons, and I all go here for our vision exams, glasses, and contacts. The staff is always nice and helpful. My sons love the children's play area in the front, toys in the exam room, and little toy and stickers given to them after the exam. They have some cute kid-friendly pictures, videos, and props to get the kids to complete the eye exam in a fun way. Because of all of these things combined, it is a great place to take your children. And they are great with adults as well. I used to go to another eye doctor in Toledo that was not good, so I'm thankful to have Dr. Potter for our eye care.“
“I took my daughter to pick out glasses there today and the whole experience was wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were very kind and patient with my daughter who is very high energy. We were in and out pretty quickly. I love that they have a little play corner. She was able to play while I worked out the details. Very cute kids frames! Very professional. Highly recommend!“

“This is a response to Vanessa Wright's review below. Unfortunately we are unable to login and respond under the Dr Rick Cherry, OD account. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your last telephone experience with the office. By law an eyeglass prescription is good for only two years. The prescription you were requesting was well past the two years. As we explained, you can get a copy of the RX. The prescription will say its expired. Two years ago we were going through the COVID outbreak. During that time Dr Cherry O.D did only allow one exam done at a time due to social distancing and the size of the waiting area and exam rooms. Please feel free to call the office if you would like to discuss this further.“
