“My sweet cat was hit by a car last year and in desperation I took him to Crossroads. Unfortunately my cat Onyx crossed over the rainbow bridge... but the employees were so caring. They took him from me immediately and asked questions later. They confirmed he had passed away and took the time to return my Onyx's body back to me in a sweet and loving way. They refused any money or compensation.
