Many clients appreciate the good price point for services and the quick appointment availability. However, some have expressed disappointment with the vet's communication and empathy during difficult situations, particularly regarding pet loss. Overall, the clinic is recognized for its kindness and dedication, making it a preferred choice for pet care.
We've been to Animal and Avian in the past and been pleased so it made sense to go to them when we got a dog recently. I was a good experience. Dr. Wilson and Chelsea were very calming for our anxious girl, Sugar. Both ladies are very knowledgeable and helped us learn training techniques for our reactive dog who is a rescue. They did a thorough physical exam and made suggestions regarding feeding and maintaining a healthy weight. Animal and Avian Medical Center was clean, had a spacious waiting room and pleasant staff. It will be our "go to" for Sugar.
Animal and Avian Medical Center has the nicest staff who will be gentle and kind to your fur babies! For me, it's always been hard for me to trust vets offices in the past, and my cats were always very scared of the vet. They always showed signs of distress afterward and it made me scared they weren't being treated properly. I have never worried once bringing my cats here! I've seen both Dr.Kirby and Dr. Haynes, and they are both fabulous! My whole family sees this vet office for everything now. My cats are calm and friendly with the vets and they are always loved on by the staff. Even if they need to be taken to another room for some thing, you can overhear the staff talking to your pet, being sweet, and talking to them as they walk down the hallway. If you have any concerns about your pet, they are patient and will listen to you and give you a list of all your options with an invoice for each. You will not regret coming here and you can trust that you're in good hands!
I accidentally showed up for my appointment on the wrong day and after a little wait the staff was able to take care of me and my kitty! I can't be more thankful for this vet! We will definitely be back! Thank you again!!
