I was waiting for my appointment time. This guy came walking in from outside carrying a vacuum sweeper. He set the sweeper down and called my name for a haircut. I dont think this guy was a real stylist. Total Hack Job. Embarrassing to have to endure this mess until it grows out. Going to contact customer service Monday.
