Just received a "Hair Cut" from Dion. Shaved to the scalp on one side, average length on other side. Cut two inches above my ear on one side. Worst haircut I have ever gotten. I was waiting for my appointment time. This guy came walking in from outside carrying a vacuum sweeper. He set the sweeper down and called my name for a haircut. I dont think this guy was a real stylist. Total Hack Job. Embarrassing to have to endure this mess until it grows out. Going to contact customer service Monday. This guy needs to be fired immediately.

This location has always been my pick, I've been here quite a few times. I saw Ruth (I chose her because my daughter has seen her before and she did great on her thick hair!) She is very personable and kind. She did a wonderful job cutting my hair and telling me about products the salon offers and what would be good for my hair type. I also have to mention all the employees who were there were also busy helping other customers and their interactions with everyone created a good energy in the salon. I recommend this location especially because they are quick to help and get you checked in if you're not checked in already.
