I come to this one because it's so close to my house. But everytime I come to this one, they have a hard time finding me in the system. But when I came here last time some guy said he fixed the problem but, I guess not. Like if this is going to be an issue everytime I come to this location. I'll go to a different one or different hair cut place.
Brought my toddler in for the first time as there was a $10.99 promo. We had zero wait, and Sophie greeted us and was wonderfully kind and patient with him.
Unfortunately, the initial haircut ended up pretty choppy and uneven. Sophie was trying her absolute best and was very sweet with my little guy, but when we came back to ask for a fix, it just wasn't coming together.
Thankfully, her coworker Heather stepped in and was incredible, finishing up his hair so he walked out looking adorable.
Sophie has fantastic customer service skills, and while I'm not sure how all the other stylists are, from what I've seen today, we would only come back here for a haircut by Heather.

Great salon! There is plenty of parking, which is very convenient. The waiting time is short, so it’s perfect when you’re in a hurry.
The staff is very welcoming, and the two ladies working here are kind and professional. The service is excellent.
Prices are also reasonable.
Thank you, and keep up the great work!
