I really like her approach because hair dries differently, and I have curly/wavy hair texture. It looks just like it did in the salon after I got home, and showered and styled myself. She also helped fix my layers. Overall 5 stars is well earned.“

I saw the esthetician, Olivia, for an eyebrow wax. I'm a transgender woman and haven't had facial feminization surgery yet, so I was looking for something to help feminize my face. Olivia asked me questions to figure out what I was looking for and developed a plan. She took my vague list of needs and expertly turned them into fantastic results! I couldn't have been more pleased with how things turned out:) She also gave me helpful aftercare instructions and brow makeup suggestions.

I was a little nervous before coming here, and that's not Kenneth's fault. Unfortunately, not all businesses are trans-friendly, so I've learned to be a little guarded. Unless a business advertises itself as being LGBTQ-welcoming, you never know if it will be an issue until you go for the first time. I was pleasantly relieved as soon as I arrived and was addressed by my preferred name. I felt like I was treated as well as any other client.

Bonus: The table Olivia uses for her clients is heated, which felt sooooo good.“

“I recently had an appointment with Rachel for a cut and style and she is great with the scissors! I feel like I finally got what I wanted and she was able to give me proper layers. The only thing is I wish my blowout came out a bit better. I’ve been on the hunt for a salon/stylist that gives a good voluminous blowout with tension to leave my hair silky smooth but that’s been hard to come by in Cbus for some odd reason. I will definitely be back since the cut was great but I might skip on the blowout next time. But, for the price it can’t be beat.“
